The Call of the Wild (PG)

The Call of the Wild

Unfortunately, due to the latest lockdown, we are unable to show this film. We will be hoping to reschedule when things have opened up again so keep an eye on the Box Office. Meanwhile stay safe and we look forward to welcoming you back when we can.

Director: Chris Sanders

Cast includes Harrison Ford, Dan Stevens, Omar Sy, Bradley Whitford, Karen Gillan and Colin Woodell

Duration 106 mins.

Adapted from the classic novel by Jack London, The Call of the Wild vividly brings to the screen the story of Buck, a big-hearted dog whose blissful domestic life is turned upside down when he is suddenly uprooted from his California home and transplanted to the exotic wilds of the Alaskan Yukon during the Gold Rush of the 1890s. As the newest rookie on a mail delivery dog sled team (and later its leader) Buck experiences the adventure of a lifetime, ultimately finding his true place in the world and becoming his own master. The Call of the Wild is a live-action/animation hybrid with Harrison Ford giving a trademark grizzly performance alongside Buck.
