Coming to UK cinemas nationwide for a one-night special event on 11 June! In an epic journey of battles and betrayal, set amidst the birth of the Italian Renaissance and the wars that would end the Middle Ages, prepare for the world’s most famous lovers to turn the tides on history as we know it.

 Leaving the poetry of iambic pentameter in the past, and packed with original songs and music from GRAMMY- Winner, Evan Kidd Bogart (Beyonce’s “Halo” / Rihanna’s “SOS”), this innovative twist on the theatrical classic features an incredible cast including Rebel Wilson (Pitch Perfect / JoJo Rabbit),
Rupert Everett (My Best Friend’s Wedding / the Shrek franchise), Jason Isaacs (Harry Potter franchise / The White Lotus), Rupert Graves (Sherlock / Emma), Tony Award-winner, Dan Fogler, (A Complete Unknown / Fantastic Beasts franchise), and Derek Jacobi (Gladiator II / The King’s Speech).

Dementia Friendly Cinemas have proven to be very therapeutic for people with memory problems and their families. Besides engaging the brain and stimulating emotions, being part of an audience enjoying a film helps people with dementia and their carers to feel less isolated and also challenges the stigma associated with the condition. 

All Nostalgic Cinema performances have subtitles to assist full enjoyment of the film by any members of the audience who are hard of hearing. 

Whilst promoted as a dementia friendly screening, we hope anyone who loves the old films will come along for an afternoon of fond memories.

Invited to the Jane Austen Writers' Residency in England, she must confront her insecurities to finally fullfill her ambition of becoming a novelist and put an end to wasting her sentimental life.
