Encouraged by Helen, Joanne starts a playful wooing game. As they fall in love, Helen's zest for life returns but Joanne feels the walls close in as she faces something darker from her past.
Helen's world shatters when Gwen dies and Joanne's painful memories make her flee. Both women reflect on their unfulfilled chance before finding the courage to let go of the past and allow their love to win.

Introducing the FOS Brothers
The force behind the FOS Brothers has always been Dave and Sam McCrory. Brought up in Belfast during the height of the troubles their sensibilities derive from hard schooling on the streets and strict Northern Irish parents.
Dave left Ireland at the age of 19 and Sam came over 4 years later to form the band, they met Rom Dobbs and have collaborated with him for over 25 years.
Rom's fascination for world music can be attributed to his Dad's influence as head of the music department at Dartington College, however his first taste of gigging was as a drummer for numerous Punk bands.
Pete Bingham is best known for his band Waulk Elektrik who became very popular on the Roots music circuit in the 90’s.
The band move seamlessly from tear jerking Irish ballads to full on Floydian space rock. The FOS Brothers treat their audience to a shared experience and are equally suited to pin drop silence Arts Centres or packed Festival Marquees.
They will be performing as a 4 piece during 2024 with occasional guests - Martin Cradick (mandolin and percussion from Baka Beyond, Paul Sax (Violin player from Curved Air) and even Phil Beer (Show of Hands) has been known to join them on stage.
The line up is:
Sam McCrory - Vocals, Guitar
Dave McCrory - Acoustic and Electric Guitar, Mandolin, Vocals
Rom Dobbs - Drums, percussion, samples and loops
Pete Bingham – Bass, Vocals

All Nostalgic Cinema performances have subtitles to assist full enjoyment of the film by any members of the audience who are hard of hearing.
Whilst promoted as a dementia friendly screening, we hope anyone who loves the old films will come along for an afternoon of fond memories.

National Theatre Live: Prima Facie
Written by Suzie Miller
Directed by Justin Martin
Running time: 125 minutes
Jodie Comer's (Killing Eve) Olivier and Tony Award-winning performance in Suzie Miller's gripping one-woman play returns to cinemas.
Tessa is a young, brilliant barrister. She has worked her way up from working class origins to be at the top of her game; defending; cross examining and winning. An unexpected event forces her to confront the lines where the patriarchal power of the law, burden of proof and morals diverge.
Prima Facie takes us to the heart of where emotion and experience collide with the rules of the game.
Justin Martin directs this solo tour de force, captured live in 2022 during a sold out run at the Harold Pinter Theatre in London's West End.
