Cole Stacey is a visceral and lyrical songwriter, singer and musician who has roamed the highest diverse echelons of British folk, 80s pop, spoken word and ambient electronics. From The Royal Albert Hall to The Westfalenhalle Arena, from 700-year-old castles in Gdansk to Glastonbury Festival.
In Feb 2025 he released his debut album Postcards From Lost Places which immediately entered the UK Album Charts at Number 57 and The Official Folk Charts at Number 20. At its heart is a symbiosis of ‘lost’ places and forgotten words, stretching as far back as the 13th century, paired with Cole’s distinctive lyrical songwriting and remarkable field recordings.
He played to sell-out audiences in the album launch UK Tour and in between European tours performing with Midge Ure and alt-folk duo India Electric Company he’ll be continuing his sharing concerts in some truly unique spaces into 2026 with an album already being talked about as one of the best of the year. Bringing together his years of experience on stage, Cole Stacey’s deeply personal solo shows are rooted in storytelling, directed by a love of popular song and have connection with people and places are their heart.

2026 and Feast of Fiddles are out again – their 31st tour. Born in Nettlebed on Valentine’s Day 1994 as a one-off special concert, Feast of Fiddles is a band of friends that puts on a show of huge dynamic range performed with passion, joy and a liberal dose of fun.

Phil Beer (Show of Hands), Garry Blakeley (Band of Two), Marion Fleetwood (Trad Arr, Sandy Denny Project), Mark Jolley (Banter), Tom Leary (Joe Brown) and Simon Swarbrick (Merry Hell) bring a large range of fiddle playing styles to the rock back-line – all held together by legendary drummer Dave Mattacks

This year Phil Beer will join for seven performances and former dep Mark Jolley joins the band for the whole tour. This is a live music entertainment like no other on the circuit which is guaranteed to be enjoyed by even the most doubting of friends dragged along!

“Absolutely awesome!” – Sue Marchant, BBC East

“Britain’s fiddling supergroup” – Mark Radcliffe, BBC Radio 2

Synopsis:

The peasant girl Giselle has fallen in love with Albrecht. When she discovers that he is actually a nobleman promised to another, she kills herself in despair. Her spirit joins the Wilis: the vengeful ghosts of women hell-bent on killing any man who crosses their path in a dance to the death. Wracked with guilt, Albrecht visits Giselle's grave, where he must face the Wilis  and Giselle's ghost.

Peter Wright's 1985 production of this quintessential Romantic ballet is a classic of The Royal Ballet repertory. Set to Adolphe Adam's evocative score and with atmospheric designs by John Macfarlane, Giselle conjures up the earthly and otherworldly realms in a tale of love, betrayal and redemption.
